Banango Projects

Bryanston High School has been doing the Business Game for many years with the Grade 9’s and they thoroughly enjoy it. The competitive nature of the game amongst the groups is amazing and they learn a lot from taking part about running a business. Morne delivers a fantastic experience for the students year after year.

We had the privilege of having Banango Traders at our school today for the Grade 7 and 8 EMS students. I highly recommend Morne and his team. They were exceptional with the students and our Grade 7 and 8 students thoroughly enjoyed the simulation game. It brought business to life especially with the competition between groups trying to win the game.

The Banango Traders Simulation is a fantastic simulation to introduce learners the concepts of Companies, financial information and entrepreneurship outside the classroom. It is a group effort and everybody in the group is involved and all learners are contributing. The game often shows it is not just the "clever" kids that win the game but learners who is willing to take risks and also have entrepreneurial skills. Learners experience the result of their decisions through the game. Excellent learning experience and a huge challenge to see the effect of their decisions. Also very competitive which teaches the learners at a young age how competitive life really is. Excellent facilitator and very well organised. Learners LOVE it!
