The Banango Traders Simulation is a fantastic simulation to introduce learners the concepts of Companies, financial information and entrepreneurship outside the classroom. It is a group effort and everybody in the group is involved and all learners are contributing. The game often shows it is not just the "clever" kids that win the game but learners who is willing to take risks and also have entrepreneurial skills. Learners experience the result of their decisions through the game. Excellent learning experience and a huge challenge to see the effect of their decisions. Also very competitive which teaches the learners at a young age how competitive life really is. Excellent facilitator and very well organised. Learners LOVE it!

The JSF, Gr 12 Bus (Banangoes) Programme is an excellent opportunity for pupils to engage in revision of theory learned in a practical, fun environment, and at the same time provide an easy and effective portfolio piece in IEB schools. Banango’s Traders is an excellent simulation day to do with any grade group. It gives students real-life exposure which will benefit them in the long-run. This has been a most worthwhile exercise. It continues to give enjoyment in a very structured education program. Learners express delight on completion and even the academically handicapped achieve a measure of success. Class camaraderie is strengthened and critical thinking is encouraged.
